Mango, Peach and Strawberry Ice Cream

I hope your week was great, and that you missed the "Tips without Tricas" with healthy recipes! 😁

So, here I am again to bring you healthier and more delicious options, and this time we are going to make ice cream , to see if we can better handle the heat expected for the next few days! 🌡️

I know that the exception does not make the rule, you already know that I am also a fan of balance , but isn't it much better to eat healthy ice cream whenever we feel like it and without feeling guilty? 😌 And not just us, but our family too!

All the recipes I share are designed with your health and well-being in mind, I hope you like them and try them!

Ingredients

- 200 g of mango
- 150 g of peaches (the variety you like best)
- 150 g strawberries
- 250 g of vegetable yogurt (e.g. coconut, almond, etc.)
- lemon juice to taste (I used less than 1/2 lemon)

Preparation:

- Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces (the riper the better, so you don't need to add sugar, even if it is more natural).
- Place the yogurt in a blender (you can reduce the quantity to 200 g if you prefer), add the fruit and the squeezed lemon juice, and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze until solid. Then, just take it out of the molds and enjoy! If you don't have ice cream molds, you can use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit, that way you can eat the ice cream straight from a bowl!
