Ingredients
- 200 g of mango- 150 g of peaches (the variety you like best)
- 150 g strawberries
- 250 g of vegetable yogurt (e.g. coconut, almond, etc.)
- lemon juice to taste (I used less than 1/2 lemon)
Preparation:
- Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces (the riper the better, so you don't need to add sugar, even if it is more natural).
- Place the yogurt in a blender (you can reduce the quantity to 200 g if you prefer), add the fruit and the squeezed lemon juice, and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze until solid. Then, just take it out of the molds and enjoy! If you don't have ice cream molds, you can use frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit, that way you can eat the ice cream straight from a bowl!
